Have you ever wondered what Einstein might look like if he were made from around 1,000 colored pencils?  Maybe you haven’t, but here is one artist’s interpretation.

It all started with lots and lots of colored pencils (around 1,000 of them, to be precise!).

This close up shows how the pencils were arranged in different ways to come up with the final product.

Here is a shot of the portrait from a different angle to show how the pencils had to be arranged to make the Einstein portrait appear to be normal when viewed from the appropriate viewing angle.
